Bill built a career as an investigative reporter at WTHR TV in Indianapolis, KCAL TV in Los Angeles, and KUTV in Salt Lake City. Over the years, his investigations have inspired both the creation of new laws and regulations, and the elimination of laws and regulations. Along the way, Bill has gained tremendous insight into the real problems created by political corruption, fraudulent business practices, and lousy customer service. After all those years chasing after bad businesses, Bill left the television business and started his own company: GEPHARDT APPROVED DOT COM. Now, Bill applies the knowledge he gained during his investigative journalism career to work with businesses that want to gain a reputation for trustworthiness. His presentation will help business owners understand how to establish a reputation for ethics and customer service that will set them apart from their competition. Bill lives in Sandy, Utah with his wife. Bill and his wife have 3 grown sons. |
